So it’s finally here, after a lot of hard work by Gaffney, Richard, Harper and all of the other podcasts the new website has arrived.
Hail Hail Media has grown at an astonishing rate, no one could have seen the show getting 40,000+ hours of listening per month. Meaning every 5 seconds over 4 minutes of HHM audio has been listened to.
With so many people paying attention to the show we need to give them a foundation to listen to the episodes the way they want. So the talented Richard made a website back in April so people could keep track of the 8 podcasts. Since then HHM has grown to 11 podcasts so the website had to adapt.
When Harper came to me(Gaffney) to touch up the website I sat back and thought about what HHM means to Celtic fans(including the people who don’t listen at the moment). I took some of the fantastic work Richard did and played with it, I did some research looking at award winning podcasts from around the world. I mixed these elements together to create this website which stands up there with the mega podcast websites of the world in terms of functionality and design.
It’s around 90% complete as some small features need to be added such as a guide for every single episode, an episode list for every podcast and some little polish around the corners.
In the end it’s the fans that truly support the podcasts, this website is a tribute to our followers right from day one and into the future. Hail Hail!
